my sons
William Pennyfather and John Pennyfather Executors

my will and give and bequeath unto my said
executors
two hundred
and fifty pounds
now three pounds
ten shillings
per centum bank an
nuities
and six
hundred pounds
three pounds
per centum consolidated
bank annuities
now respectively
standing in my name
in the books

] and company of the Bank of England upon trust
to
pay the annual produce thereof respectively
unto my dear wife Mary
Ann Pennyfather and her afsigns
for and during the rest
of her na
tural life (with a proportionate part thereof upto
the time of her
decease)
and from and immediately after her decease
I declare that
my said
executors shall
stand pofsefsed
of the said
six hundred pounds
three pounds
per centum consolidated
bank annuities
in trust
for all my
children equally to be divided between them share
and share
alike as
tenants
in common and as
to the said
two hundred and fifty pounds
now three
pounds
ten shillings
per centum bank annuities
I declare that my said
executors shall
stand pofsefsed
thereof from and immediately after the decease
of my said
wife upon trust
to pay or apply the annual produce thereof
for or towards
the education clothing and benefits
of my grandson

Alonzo Pennyfather until he attain the age of
twenty one years
or die
under that age which shall
first
happen And from and immediately
after my said
grandson
shall attain his said
age of twenty one years
then I do give and bequeath the said
two hundred and fifty pounds
now
three pounds
ten shillings
per centum annuities
unto him absolutely
but
if he should
die under the age of twenty one years
then I declare that
my said
executors shall
stand pofsefsed
of the said
last mentioned stock
and of the produce thereof In trust
for all my children equally to be di
vided between them share

alike as
tenants
in common pro
vided always
and I do declare that if at my death there should
not be
found the two amounts
of stock
mentioned above then I do direct my
executors
to appropriate and set
apart so
much money as
will purchase
those
annuities
to be held by them upon the same
trusts

furniture plate linen
china and effects
(not being money or securities
for money) in and about
the house
and premises
occupied by me at the time of my decease
unto my

dear wife for her own use
and benefit absolutely
and subject

payment of all my just

to the legacies
or [ ] hereinbefore bequeathed or
directed to be set

I give devise
and bequeath all my real estate
and all the rest

residue
of my personal
estate unto and
equally between all my
children share

that if any child of mine shall
die in my life time or after my decease
leaving lawful ifsue
such ifsue
shall have (per stirpes)
the share
the parent
would have had if he or she
had lived but such
ifsue shall
not take a vested
interest
until he she
or they attain the age of twenty
one years
although the annual produce of the apparent share
of each
grandchild maybe applied for and towards
his or her clothing
education
and benefit and I also
declare that my said
executors shall
not be res
ponsible
the one for the other of them nor for involuntary losses
but
each of them for his
own [ ] deeds
receipts
and willful defaults

that they shall
be paid and allowed all reasonable
cots
charges

expenses
in carrying into effect the trusts
